The device (100) comprises a rod (110) extending along a length direction (L). The device (100) comprises a first supporting foot (120) and a second supporting foot (120) for allowing support of the rod (110) on the grate floor (300). The supporting feet (120) are slidably connected to the rod (110). The device (100) comprises a suspension line (130) for suspending the load (200) from the device (100). The suspension line (130) is connected to the rod (110) at a first end (131) by means of a connecting element (133) located between the supporting feet (120). The suspension line (130) is arranged for connecting to the load (200) at a second end (132).
