[origin: WO2021089966A1] The invention relates to a device (1) for attaching a protective element (26) to a part (27) of a motor vehicle which comprises an insert (2), the device comprising: a tubular body (5) having a bearing surface (7) wherein an opening (8) is formed and a clamping area configured to clamp the protective element (26); an elastic helical blade (6), the clamping area being defined by a collar (10) which radially projects from the body (5) and by the helical blade (6) when the latter is in a flexed position, a screw (3) which is inserted into the insert (2) through the opening (8) and has a head configured to bear against the bearing surface (7) of the body (5) and a thread (22) configured to engage in a complementary thread formed in the part (27) of the motor vehicle.
