[origin: WO2021094084A1] A separating device for separating a fastening element from a fastening-element strip, a magazine attachment for a device for driving fastening elements into an underlying surface, and a fastening system having a driving-in device and a magazine attachment. The separating device comprises a transporting channel, which has an entry mouth opening and an exit mouth opening and is intended for transporting the fastening-element strip, with guidance, in a transporting direction from an entry mouth opening to an exit mouth opening. The transporting channel has a separating portion and, between the separating portion and the exit mouth opening, a twisting portion.
