[origin: WO2021180349A1] The invention relates to a combustion chamber (01) of a gas turbine having a peripheral support structure (02) and a heat shield (11) arranged therein. The support structure (02) has a reduced cross-section (03) on the downstream side and a stop element (04) on the upstream side. There is a gap between the heat shield (11) and the stop element (04) to compensate for different strains and tolerances. For reduction of the cooling air consumption, a peripheral sealing groove (05) which is open towards the heat shield and has a sealing element (06) arranged therein (05) is provided in the stop element (04), which sealing element rests against the heat shield (11) and covers the gap.
