Specifically, the present disclosure relates to a method for controlling a service application in a multi-access edge computing network (RMEC), the network comprising a plurality of entities (MEC1, MEC2) connected to one another, the method comprising: - controlling (S3; S70, S80, S90, S100), by means of a platform module (MEP) that comprises a first entity (MEC1) of said plurality, execution of a service application installed in a second entity (MEC2) of the plurality via a proxy function (FPROXY) included in said second entity, the second entity being distinct from the first entity.
