[origin: WO2021099005A1] The invention relates to a container treatment system for treating containers, such as bottles, cans, preforms or the like. The container treatment system comprises a coating device with at least one coating station for receiving a container and for applying a coating to the container while the container is located in the coating station; and a transport device for transporting the containers. The transport device comprises a plurality of transport carts for transporting containers and for introducing containers into the coating station and removing them therefrom and at least one long-stator rail at least in the region of the coating station, and the transport carts are designed to be movable on the long-stator rail independently of each other.
