[origin: WO2021110830A1] The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a powder metallurgical component (21) comprising at least one longitudinally extending channel (22). A powder mixture comprising metal powder (11) and a binder (12) is prepared and transferred to a processing equipment (31) comprising a die (32). It is then formed into a green body (20) via the die. The green body (20) is dried by guiding a flow of gas (G) through the at least one longitudinally extending channel (22), and the dried green body (20) is sintered or oxidized to obtain the final component. The invention further relates to a drying tool (40) having a plurality of nozzles (44) used to guide the flow of gas into longitudinal channels of the green body during drying.
