[origin: WO2021144033A1] The invention relates to a method for operating a hearing aid (2), wherein at least one sensor signal (32) is generated by at least one sensor (30) of the hearing aid (2) or at least one sensor (30) of an auxiliary apparatus (3) that can be associated with the hearing aid (2), at least one first piece of weather information (34) being provided by means of a communications unit (4), a usage state of the hearing aid (2) and/or an operating environment of the hearing aid (2) being estimated on the basis of the first piece of weather information (34) and on the basis of the sensor signal (30), and wherein at least one operating parameter of the hearing aid is adjusted on the basis of the estimated usage state or the estimated operating environment.
