Provided are a device management method and apparatus, a chip, a computer-readable storage medium, a computer program product and a computer program. The method includes: based on preset information included in a scene collection resource, performing N adjustment operations on a property value of each of one or more properties of a target device, and adjusting the one or more properties of the target device from a current value to a target value (21), N being an integer greater than or equal to 2; and the property value of each of the one or more properties of the target device gradually increases and/or gradually decreases in the N adjustment operations. The preset information is configured for indicating a condition that needs to be satisfied for performing each of the N adjustment operations on one or more properties of the target device, and/or is configured for indicating a time interval of each of the N adjustment operations, and/or is configured for determining a sub target value corresponding to each of the one or more properties corresponding to each of the N adjustment operations.
