[origin: WO2021130023A1] The invention relates to a wiper system (100) for a motor vehicle, comprising a drive arm (1, 1') and a wiper blade (3) connected to each other by a connection device which comprises a connector (4, 4') rigidly connected to the wiper blade (3) and a connection shaft (43, 43a, 43b, 19), the drive arm (1, 1') comprising a first end (10) by which it is attached to a drive means (2), and a second end (11) which is opposite, in a longitudinal direction (X) of the drive arm (1, 1'), to the first end (10), the connection device comprising a receiving cavity (16a, 16b, 44a', 44b') for receiving the connection shaft (43, 43a, 43b, 19), the receiving cavity (16a, 16b, 44a', 44b') comprising an inlet opening (160a, 160b, 440a', 440b') through which the connection shaft (43, 43a, 43b, 19) is received in the receiving cavity (16a, 16b, 44a', 44b') and a lock area (162a, 162b, 442a', 442b') for locking the connection shaft (43, 43a, 43b, 19), characterised in that the lock area (162a, 162b, 442a', 442b') is arranged between the inlet opening of the receiving cavity (160a, 160b, 440a', 440b') and the second end (11) of the drive arm (1, 1').
