Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2022096098A1] The invention relates to a process for removing an impurity from a mixture containing at least one chlorosilane and/or organochlorosilane and at least one impurity from the group comprising a boron compound, a phosphorus compound and an arsenic compound. The process comprises the following steps: a) bringing the liquid mixture into contact with a non-functionalized organic polymer which has pores having an average pore diameter of less than 50 Ä, the pore diameter being determined according to DIN ISO 66134; b) optionally separating the non-functionalized organic polymer.
