[origin: WO2022228810A1] A stackable and nestable container (1), in particular a plastic container, having a base (3) and conically formed, hollow corner columns (5), which project from the base (3) and are open on the underside of the base. The corner columns (5) are designed such that corner columns (5) of another, structurally identical or compatible container (1) can penetrate into the hollow corner columns (5) from the underside of the base, in order for the two containers to be nested, wherein the corner columns (5) which are open on the underside of the base can be closed by means of at least one closure element (17), in particular a slide element, in order for it to be possible for the container (1) to be stacked on the corner columns (5) of the other container. A conically formed, double-walled side wall (11), which projects from the base (3) and is open on the underside of the base, is provided at least between two adjacent corner columns (5) such that a side wall (11) of the other, structurally identical or compatible container (1) can penetrate into the double-walled side wall (11) from the underside of the base, in order for the two containers to be nested. Ein stapel- und nestbarer Behälter (1), insbesondere ein Kunststoffbehälter, mit einem Boden (3) und vom Boden (3) vorspringenden, konisch ausgebildeten, hohlen und bodenunterseitig geöffneten Ecksäulen (5). Die Ecksäulen (5) sind derart ausgebildet, dass Ecksäulen (5) eines anderen baugleichen oder kompatiblen Behälters (1) zum Nesten der beiden Behälter von der Bodenunterseite her in die hohlen Ecksäulen (5) eintauchen können, wobei die bodenunterseitig geöffneten Ecksäulen (5) mit zumindest einem Verschlusselement (17) insbesondere einem Schieberelement, verschließbar sind, um den Behälter (1) auf den Ecksäulen (5) des anderen Behälters stapeln zu können. Zumindest zwischen zwei benachbarten Ecksäulen (5) ist eine vom Boden (3) vorspringende, konisch ausgebildete, doppelwandige und bodenunterseitig geöffnete Seitenwand (11) derart vorgesehen, dass eine Seitenwand (11) des anderen baugleichen oder kompatiblen Behälters (1) zum Nesten der beiden Behälter von der Bodenunterseite her in die doppelwandige Seitenwand (1) eintauchen kann.
