[origin: US2024200521A1] The proposed solution relates to a fuel nozzle for the injection of hydrogen into a combustion chamber of an engine, the fuel nozzle including, for provision of a hydrogen-air mixture, a nozzle head having outflow openings (19, 21) at an end face of the nozzle head.Multiple first outflow openings for hydrogen to be injected and at least one second outflow opening for air to be injected are present at the end face for the provision of the hydrogen-air mixture, where the at least one second outflow opening has a polygonal cross section and the multiple first outflow openings at the end face are arranged around the at least one second outflow opening.

Die vorgeschlagene Lösung betrifft eine Kraftstoffdüse für das Eindüsen von Wasserstoff in eine Brennkammer (207) eines Triebwerks (103), wobei die Kraftstoffdüse (7) zur Bereitstellung eines Wasserstoff-Luft-Gemisches einen Düsenkopf (71) mit Ausströmöffnungen (19, 21) an einer Stirnseite (710) des Düsenkopfes (71) umfasst. An der Stirnseite sind mehrere erste Ausströmöffnungen (21) für einzudüsenden Wasserstoff und mindestens eine zweite Ausströmöffnung (19) für einzudüsende Luft für die Bereitstellung des Wasserstoff-Luft-Gemisches vorhanden, wobei die mindestens eine zweite Ausströmöffnung (19) einen mehreckigen Querschnitt aufweist und die mehreren ersten Ausströmöffnungen (21) an der Stirnseite (710) um die mindestens eine zweite Ausströmöffnung (19) verteilt angeordnet sind.
