A first heat exchanger (14A) and a second heat exchanger (14B) are heat-sterilized by heating condensation water attached to the first heat exchanger (14A) and the second heat exchanger (14B) to a predetermined temperature by causing the first heat exchanger (14A) and the second heat exchanger (14B) to function as condensers.
