[origin: EP4088590A1] The present disclosure discloses an aerosol generating device and a heating assembly thereof. The heating assembly includes an insulating substrate that is elongated sheet shaped and a heating element that is integrally sintered with the insulating substrate. The heating element and the insulating substrate are sintered into a whole, thereby greatly improving the bonding force between the heating element and the insulating substrate, effectively avoiding a virtual connection or a floating of the heating element caused by multi-time plugging and unplugging of the heating assembly, and optimizing the atomization effect.
