Verschlussvorrichtung (1) zum Verschließen eines Behälters aufweisend eine Verschlusskappe (2) mit einem sich radial zu einer Verschlussachse (50) erstreckenden Kappendeckel (3) und einem sich umfangseitig an den Kappendeckel anschließenden und axial erstreckenden Kappenmantel (4), einen Ankerring (5), einen Garantiering (6) und ein Verbindungselement (7), wobei die Verschlussvorrichtung (1) derart ausgebildet und mit einer Verschlussbasis (8) verbindbar ist, dass die Verschlusskappe (2) eine Öffnung der Verschlussbasis (8) wahlweise durch eine Verschließbewegung verschließt oder durch eine Öffnungsbewegung freigibt und dass der Ankerring (5) sowohl in einer geöffneten Position der Verschlusskappe (2) als auch in einer geschlossenen Position der Verschlusskappe (2) in Eingriff mit der Verschlussbasis (8) verbleibt, wobei das Verbindungselement (7) die Verschlusskappe (2) mit dem Ankerring (5) verbindet.
