The system comprises: a stationary detector device (9) for statically generating object information from an environment of the detector device (9); and a stationary planning device (13) which is designed to determine a statically generated driving tactic for the autonomous vehicle (2) on the basis of the object information. The autonomous vehicle (2) has a mobile strategy unit (3) for generating a driving strategy of the autonomous vehicle (2) and a mobile planning unit (4) for determining a driving tactic on the basis of the predefined driving strategy, a current driving situation around the autonomous vehicle (2), and the driving tactic determined by the stationary planning device (13). The invention also relates to a method for autonomously controlling an autonomous vehicle (2).
