[origin: WO2022248491A1] The invention relates to a stoppering device intended to be fixed to the neck (2) of a container, the stoppering device having: - a lower ring (9), - a cap (1); - a hinge device connecting the cap (1) and the lower ring (9), - an immobilizing device configured to immobilize the cap (1) when it is in a flipped-open position, the immobilizing device having: • a stop (23) which protrudes radially outwards; and • a protruding portion (24) which protrudes axially from the lower ring (9); • the stop (23) and the protruding portion (24) being configured such that, when the cap (1) is in the flipped-open position, the stop (23) bears against the protruding portion (24), the protruding portion (24) having a radial thickness ε1 greater than a radial thickness ε2 of a first sector (16) of the lower ring (9) away from the catching zones (20, 21).
