[origin: WO2021151811A1] The invention provides a method for enabling a user equipment, UE, device having an association with a first network which is a home network of the UE device to communicate with a second network other than the home network in an event of the home network becoming unusable as a result of an occurrence of an event affecting the operation of the home network, the communicating termed disaster roaming, the method comprising receiving from the home network an indicator that the UE device is authorized to use the second network should the event occur; and receiving from the second network information that the second network is available for connection with the UE device for disaster roaming.
