[origin: WO2021156896A1] A display cabinet (1) is described including: an isolated body (2); a structure to support containers (3) for the preserved food; an evaporator (4) placed next to the containers (3); a motor compressor and a condensing unit; an upper transparent structure (5) equipped with a closing system (6); a deflector (8) for air placed adjacent to the evaporator (4) and between the evaporator (4) and the containers (3); a main containment barrier (9) perimeter and placed around three sides of the containers (3); and a secondary barrier (5), consisting of the upper transparent structure (5) which is not heated, and is designed to create a gap with the main containment barrier (9), wherein a heating element is provided to heat the gap between the secondary barrier (5) and the main containment barrier (9) in order to prevent fogging of the upper transparent structure (5).
