The second apertures (2') comprise a first aperture section (12) defining the second aperture size (8) and one or more second aperture sections (13) defining a third aperture size (9) that is smaller than the second aperture size. The first apertures (2) have a regular 4-sided polygon shape and the second apertures (2') have a regular n-sided polygon shape where n ≥ 6, and the first aperture section (12) and second aperture section (13) of the second apertures (2') have a regular 4-sided polygon shape.
