[origin: WO2022228882A1] The invention relates to a ski comprising a ski main body (2) having a sliding surface (3) and a binding part (4) to which a skier's boot can be fastened, wherein the binding part (4) is fixed on the ski main body (2) so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction (LR), wherein at least one control surface (5) which interacts at least indirectly with at least one spike (6, 6') that is movably mounted in the ski main body (2) is provided on the binding part (4) or on a functional part connected to the binding part (4), and wherein the spike (6, 6'), in a first, forward push position of the binding part (4), is positioned in a pushed-back position in which the free end (6.1, 6.1') of the spike (6, 6') does not project beyond the sliding surface (3), and the control surface (5) interacts at least indirectly with the spike (6, 6') in such a way that when the binding part (4) is moved relative to the ski main body (2) during a push-off movement of the skier, the spike (6, 6') is positioned in a pushed-forward position in which the free end (6.1, 6.1') projects beyond the sliding surface (3).
