[origin: WO2021164975A1] The invention relates to a method for configuring a computer (52) of a dynamic gauge representative of a predictable trajectory of at least one wheel of a motor vehicle (1), the method comprising - a step of compiling a database (4) associating, with each pair of steering wheel angle and vehicle speed values, at least two point coordinates (i_ini, i_fin) of a gauge (20) and a plurality of parameters of an approximation function of the shape of the gauge (20), - a step of training an algorithm to determine the dynamic gauge (20) depending on the steering wheel angle and the vehicle speed, the algorithm receiving the database (4) as training data, - saving the algorithm in the computer (52). The invention also relates to a driving-assistance device comprising a computer configured according to the invention, as well as a motor vehicle equipped with such a device.
