[origin: WO2021206641A1] The invention relates to a gas hob, comprising a flat top plate (10); a burner (50) provided on the top plate (10); a pan support (20) made of a metal material having an outer frame (22) seated on the top plate (10) and surrounding the burner (50) at a distance so as to define a cooking area (11). The gas hob is further comprising a holding element (30) fixed to the top plate (10) from a base portion (38) and is having an elongated channel (36) to receive a grip portion (24) of the pan support (20) aligned with the burner (50) from the top and extending parallel to an upper edge (13) of the top plate (10).
