[origin: WO2021170825A1] The invention relates to a computer-implemented method comprising calculating (S3) a numeric, more particularly percentage, value (HHCT2) of the hand hygiene compliance of the personnel in a health institution for a predefined detection period (T2) by means of the data processing unit (12) by multiplying the number of actuations of the at least one electronic disinfectant dispenser (10) detected within the predefined detection period (T2) by a conversion factor (UF) and displaying (S4) the calculated numeric, more particularly percentage, value (HHCT2) of the hand hygiene compliance of the personnel in the institution for the predefined detection period (T2) on a display device (14). The invention also relates to a system for monitoring hand hygiene compliance of personnel in the health institution. The method also relates to a computer program and a computer-readable data carrier.
