Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2021170272A1] The invention relates to an electric motor (1), comprising a first part (2) and a second part (3) which is rotatably mounted relative to the first part (2). The first part (2) and the second part (3) together form a stator and a rotor of the electric motor (1), wherein the first part (2) has a circulating first region (4) with at least one first pole sector (5), and the second part (3) has a circulating second region (6) which interacts with the first region (4), said second region (6) having at least one first electromagnet (7) and at least one first permanent magnet sector (8). Upon interacting with the at least one first pole sector (5), the at least one first permanent magnet sector (8) exerts a tangential force, which is substantially constant from the beginning of the at least one first permanent magnet sector (8) to the end of the at least one first permanent magnet sector (8), onto the at least one first pole sector (5) in a first rotational direction (9) on the basis of the magnetic field of the at least one first permanent magnet sector (8), and the at least one first electromagnet (7) is designed to move the at least one first pole sector (5) from the end of the first permanent magnet sector (8) to the beginning of the following first permanent magnet sector (8).
