[origin: WO2021175911A1] The present invention concerns an aerosol generation device (12) designed to operate with a removable cartridge (14) and comprising a device body (40) extending along a device axis (Y) and a heater comprising a heater contact surface (54). The device body (40) defines a cavity (60) delimited by cavity walls (62, 63, 64) defining a cavity inner surface (61), the heater contact surface (54) being adjacent to the cavity inner surface (61). The cavity walls (62, 63, 64) comprises a support wall (62). The cavity (60) is configured to receive the removable cartridge (14) so as a cartridge axis (X) coincides with the device axis (Y) and at least the support wall (62) exerts pressure to a mouthpiece end (21) of a cartridge body (20) for abutting an aerosol generating element contact surface (34) of the removable cartridge (14) against the heater contact surface (54).
