Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2021180878A1] The invention relates to a method for bending profiles, in which the profiles have a profile web and profile legs which are in particular bent or chamfered and extend from lateral ends of the profile web, wherein the profile is bent or deformed parallel to and level with the profile web, and the height of the profile web between the profile legs varies over the length of the profile. The invention is characterised in that the profile is shaped by a roller arrangement having at least one support roller, a bending roller and a shaping roller successively in the movement direction, the support roller, the bending roller and the shaping roller abutting the profile or the profile legs at lateral edge regions, the profile being guided laterally in lateral end regions of the profile, and the bending radius of a profile (2) being adjustable by adjusting the distance, transversely to the movement direction of the profile (2), between the bending roller (4) and the shaping roller (5). The invention further relates to a device for carrying out the method.
