[origin: WO2021180449A1] The invention relates to a lead-free copper-tin continuous casting alloy, the continuous casting alloy comprising at least 83.0 wt% copper, 4.0 - 8.0 wt% tin, 0.2 - 0.8 wt% sulphur, 1.1 - 3.0 wt% nickel and 1.0 - 2.8 wt% zinc, the sum of tin and zinc not exceeding 10.0 wt%.
