[origin: WO2021180755A1] The invention relates to a device and a method for storing and drawing on energy, comprising at least one movable actuator (11) and a first actuating device (12) having a motor generator (13). The first actuating device (12) is connected to the actuator (11). In a motor mode the actuator (11) is movable counter to a force directed against the actuator, and therefore electrical energy fed to the motor generator (13) can be stored as potential energy for the actuator (11). In a generator mode the actuator (11) is movable in the direction of the force directed against the actuator, so that the potential energy of the actuator can be converted into electrical energy in the motor generator (13). The force directed against the actuator (11) is produced by a pressurised gas in a tank (14).
