[origin: WO2021185856A1] The invention relates to an amusement ride (1) with a travel route (2) on which a passenger carrier (3) travels along a guide track (5). The travel route (2) has an approach section (7) and a ring section (8) and arranged therebetween a set of points (9) which comprises differently curved track sections (22, 23) of the guide track (5) and a branch (9') that is arranged at the connection point of the approach section (7). The set of points (9) enables the passenger carrier (3) to travel from the approach section (7) into the ring section (8) and to travel out from the ring section (8) back to the approach section (7).
