[origin: WO2021184067A1] The present invention relates to a prefabricated wall assembly that includes an outer frame assembly and an inner frame assembly that are spaced apart from each other. The outer frame assembly includes a masonry panel composed of a plurality of masonry units such as bricks. The inner frame assembly includes an insulation panel and waterproof lining. The prefabricated wall assembly further includes sealing arrangements for allowing the prefabricated wall assembly to seal against similar adjacent prefabricated wall assemblies. The outer frame assembly includes length adjustable side support members for supporting an outer side edge of the masonry panel.
