[origin: EP4122841A1] The present invention relates to an automated bin (1) for emptying waste, comprising a container (10) having an opening (100) for inserting waste, a supporting and moving assembly (2) to be coupled to a gripping member (O) of a compactor and to be moved, an opening/closing group (14) for said container (10) and a logic control unit (U).Said supporting and moving assembly (2) comprises a switching device (23) to switch from a non-operating status to an operating status and vice versa; and a hooking/unhooking member (20) comprising a rod (21) having an end connected to said switching device (23) and an actuating pin (202) connected to another end of said rod (21).When said actuating pin (202) is pressed by said gripping member (O), said switching device (23) switches from said non-operating status to said operating status and said logic control unit (U) reads said operating status of said switching device (23) and opens said container (10), by means of said opening/closing group (14), for emptying waste.The present invention relates also to a system (3) for emptying waste.
