[origin: US2023030001A1] A device for adjusting the length of a wristlet includes: a cover (10); a link element (40) designed to be connected to a wristlet strand (9) and mounted movable relative to the cover (10) in the longitudinal direction in which extends a wristlet strand to be connected to the adjusting link element, such that this displacement of the adjusting link element (40) relative to the cover (10) enables lengthening or shortening the length of a wristlet strand; an actuating device (30) arranged on the cover (10) movable relative to the cover in at least the longitudinal direction; and a kinematic connection connecting the actuating device (30) and the adjusting link element (40), such that the actuation of the actuating device (30) in at least the longitudinal direction relative to the cover (10) can bring about the longitudinal displacement of the adjusting link element (40) relative to the cover (10).
