[origin: WO2021198104A1] Heat-Not-Burn smoking construction (1) wherein the smoking construction (1) extends in a length direction (2) and comprising a longitudinal axis (3), along which at least one tobacco segment (10) comprising tobacco, at least one cooling tube (20) and a filter (4) comprising at least an upstream hollow filter segment (30) and a downstream filled filter segment (40) adjacent to the hollow filter segment (30), wherein the filter segments (30, 40) are wrapped with at least one first combining wrapper (50), wherein the cooling tube (20) and the filter (4) being surrounded by a second combining wrapper (60) extending partially on the tobacco segment (10) to attach the filter (30, 40) and cooling tube (20) to the tobacco segment (10), wherein the cooling tube (20) is formed between the filter (4) and the tobacco segment (10) by the first combining wrapper (50), which surrounds the filter (4) and forms a cavity (20a) between the tobacco segment (10) and the filter (4) that extends along certain length beyond the upstream hollow filter segment (30).
