[origin: WO2021197872A1] A fire door (1) for closing an opening in a traffic tunnel, comprising a door leaf that is formed from an inner body (3), which is configured to be thermally insulating, and from a casing (2) that encloses the inner body at least in the region of the surfaces of the inner body that face the door leaf outer faces (4, 5). It is proposed that the casing (2) be produced from a mineral casting material and that a reinforcement (6), which is configured in the form of a grid, be embedded in the casing (2). The invention provides a fire door (1) that is resistant to environmental influences while simultaneously having a high degree of loadability with respect to suction loading and alternating pressure loading and that can be opened more easily than known configurations.
