[origin: US2023043732A1] The invention relates to a connecting device for an adjustable blade or vane of a gas turbine, comprising a journal element connected to a respective blade or vane and a lever element connected to the journal element, wherein the lever element and the journal element are jointly movable about a journal axis of rotation. A clamping element is provided, being situated between the lever element and the journal element, such that a force-locking connection is or can be produced between the journal element, the clamping element, and the lever element. The lever element, the clamping element, and the journal element are aligned relative to each other by means of a positioning element, the positioning element being received in a first seat of the journal element and a corresponding second seat of the lever element.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbindungseinrichtung (50) einer verstellbaren Schaufel (51) einer Gasturbine (10), umfassend ein mit einer betreffenden Schaufel (51) verbundenes Zapfenelement (52), ein mit dem Zapfenelement (52) verbundenes Hebelelement (54), wobei das Hebelelement (54) und das Zapfenelement (52) gemeinsam um eine Zapfendrehachse (ZD) beweglich sind.Es ist ein Spannelement (70) vorgesehen, das zwischen dem Hebelelement (54) und dem Zapfenelement (52) angeordnet ist, derart dass eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem Zapfenelement (52), dem Spannelement (70) und dem Hebelelement (54) herstellbar oder hergestellt ist.Das Hebelelement (54), das Spannelement (70) und das Zapfenelement (52) sind mittels eines Positionierungselements (68) zueinander ausgerichtet, wobei das Positionierungselement (68) in einer ersten Aufnahme (60) des Zapfenelements (52) und einer korrespondierenden zweiten Aufnahme (66, 66a, 66b) des Hebelelements (54) aufgenommen ist. Die erste Aufnahme (60) ist als Nut in der radialen Außenmantelfläche des Zapfenelements (52) und die zweite Aufnahme (66, 66a, 66b) ist als Nut in einer radial inneren Kontaktfläche (82) des Hebelelements (54) ausgebildet und die Aufnahmen bilden gemeinsam eine Tasche, in welcher das Positionierelement (68) aufgenommen ist.
