[origin: WO2021205122A1] The inflatable ergonomic supine positioning support (10) for medical use has a central opening (12), shaped to accommodate at least the abdominal area of a patient lying in a face-down position, and an inflatable peripheral supporting structure (14) surrounding the central opening (12). Said inflatable peripheral supporting structure (14) extends in a mainly rectangular shape inflatable at two side portions (16, 18) and two transverse portions (20, 22), which are shaped such that one of the two transverse portions, referred to as the upper transverse portion (20), has, at least locally, when the peripheral supporting structure (14) is inflated, an inflated section (S20) with smaller dimensions than that of inflated sections (S16, S18) of the two side portions (16, 18) for accommodating the patient's upper thoracic area.
