[origin: WO2021206612A1] In one aspect there is provided a stair nose cover member (10), such as a profile or panel, the cover member comprising a first edge (11), such as a long edge, comprising a mechanical locking system configured to cooperate with a mechanical locking system of a first edge (21) of an adjacent first panel (20) for horizontal (H) and vertical (V) locking of the cover member to the first panel. The cover member comprising a second edge (12) comprising a mechanical locking system configured to cooperate with a mechanical locking system of a first edge (31) of an adjacent second panel (30) for horizontal and vertical locking of the cover member to the second panel. The cover member is configured such that in assembled position of the cover member with the first panel and the second panel, a front surface (15') of the first panel extends in a first plane (P1), such as one of a horizontal or vertical plane, and a front surface (15'') of the second panel extends in a second plane (P2) being essentially perpendicular, preferably perpendicular the first plane, such as the other of a horizontal or vertical plane.
