The eartip comprising a deformable eartip body configured to be at least partially inserted into an ear canal, and one or more anisotropic stiffness elements arranged in or on the eartip body. Furthermore, the one or more anisotropic stiffness elements are configured to provide a location-specific stiffness to the eartip body. The present disclosure also relates to an earphone comprising at least an eartip.
