[origin: WO2021209712A1] Method for manufacturing a moulded part (PM), comprising the following steps: • - providing (SI) first ground (BR1) composite material comprising at least one thermoset resin and fibres with second ground (BR2) filler elements, the composite material comprising at least one compound chosen from anti-UV agents, anti-algae agents and/or water and/or Na and/or Cl ions; • - mixing (S2) the first (BR1) and second (BR2) ground material and elements in a mixer (20) to produce a mixture (MIX1); • - adding (S3) into the mixer (20) a binding agent (LI1, LI2) capable of reacting with the mixture (MIX1) or around the ground material and elements of the mixture (MIXI) to form an optionally pumpable viscous mixture (MIX2); and • - moulding (S5) the moulded part (PM) by introducing the viscous mixture (MIX2) into a mould (30).
