[origin: CA3171021A1] - Asphalt production facility and method for making asphalt in such an asphalt production facility - The invention relates to an asphalt production facility (1) comprising: - a drum dryer (3), - a combustion chamber (9), - a burner (11) configured to generate a hot gas flow (F1) circulating in the drum dryer (3), - at least one first device (13) for the introduction of asphalt aggregates to be recycled that defined at least one recycling area (15), - a cooling channel (17) defined between a wall (19) of the combustion chamber (9) and an external envelope (30') of the drum (3), - a device (21) for injection of a cooling fluid (F4) into the cooling channel (17), and - a control and regulation system (23) for piloting the injection device (21) in such a way that the hot gas flow (F1) has a temperature that is lower than 700 C in said recycling area (15). - A method for making asphalt in such asphalt production facility. - Abstract: Fig. 1

Installation (1) de production d'enrobés comprenant :- un tambour sécheur (3),- une chambre de combustion (9),- un brûleur (11) pour générer un flux (F1) de gaz chaud,- un premier dispositif d'introduction (13) d'agrégats d'enrobés à recycler qui définit au moins une zone de recyclage (15),- un canal de refroidissement (17),- un dispositif d'injection (21) d'un fluide de refroidissement (F4) dans le canal de refroidissement (17), et- un système de contrôle et de régulation (23) pour piloter le dispositif d'injection (21) de telle manière que le flux de gaz chaud (F1) présente une température qui est inférieure à 700°C dans ladite zone de recyclage (15) ;et procédé de fabrication d'enrobés dans une telle installation de production d'enrobés.
