Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2023036512A1] The paper (10) according to the invention is composed of at least two pressed-together plies having different compositions. A first ply forms a support ply (11). A second ply forms a surface ply (12). In each case, the paper (10) contains used paper fibers and additional fibers which are not used paper fibers. The paper is distinguished in that the additional fibers in each case include a content of fibers from the cup plant (Silphium perfoliatum), of fibers obtained from fruits and/or bark of trees of the baobab genus (Adansonia), of fibers obtained from plants of the Cannabis genus and/or of fibers originating from biogas plant residues. In the support ply, the additional fiber content is 0 to 75 wt.%. In the surface ply, the minimum additional fiber content is 8 wt.% and the maximum additional fiber content is 80 wt.%. The additional fiber content in the surface ply (12) is higher than the additional fiber content in the support ply (11).
