[origin: WO2021229045A1] The present invention relates to a method for managing the power consumed by at least one power-consuming apparatus (6) in a spatial region (5), the management method comprising: - supplying a physical model of the region (5), - supplying an objective function that embodies a power objective to be met for the region (5), - supplying an optimisation problem aimed at minimising the objective function under a set of constraints, - resolving, by means of an optimisation device (10), the optimisation problem according to data originating from each consumer device (6) to obtain optimum values, and - generating and sending, by means of the optimisation device (10), at least one command to one or more consumer devices according to the obtained optimum values.
