[origin: WO2021234552A1] The object of the present invention is a new formulation based on sprouted brown rice, fermented through the use of lactobacilli strains, ascribed to the L paracasei species, isolated from a mixture of sprouted brown rice compositions, for use in food products, dermocosmetics and/or pharmaceutical formulations. The invention also relates to formulations comprising mixtures based on sprouted brown rice and strains of lactobacilli of the L paracasei species for use in food products, dermocosmetics and/or pharmaceutical formulations.
