The strap guide frame has a flat strap channel that is open on a narrow side and the cover frame can be moved between a closed position and an open position relative to the strap guide frame. In the closed position, it covers the narrow side of the strap channel and in the open position, there is a gap. From a second side surface opposite of the open, narrow side, the ejector protrudes into the strap channel.In order to realize a stable and cost-effective design, the ejector (14) is a flat component with two legs (23, 24) at an angle to one another, wherein the free end of the first leg (23) is mounted to the mounting element (21) and the free end of the second leg (24) protrudes, with little play, into a flat opening (18) that protrudes through the strap guide frame (9), extends across the strap channel (15) and has a height that is greater than the height of the strap channel (15) transverse to the plane of the strap.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Umreifen von Gegenständen mit einem flachen Band, umfassend einen Bandführungsrahmen, einen Deckrahmen und einen Ausstoßer. der Bandführungsrahmen hat einen flachen, an einer schmalen Seite offenen Bandkanal und der Deckrahmen ist relativ zum Bandführungsrahmen zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Öffnungsstellung verschiebbar. In der Schließstellung deckt er offene Schmale Seite des Bandkanals ab und und in der Öffnungsstellung weist er einen Abstand hierzu auf. Der Ausstoßer ragt von einer der offenen schmalen Seite gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seitenfläche aus in den Bandkanal.Um eine stabile und kostengünstige Bauweise zu verwirklichen, ist der Ausstoßer (14) ein flaches Bauelement mit zwei einen Winkel zueinander aufweisenden Schenkeln (23, 24), wobei das freie Ende des ersten Schenkels (23) an dem Befestigungselement (21) befestigt ist und das freie Ende des zweiten Schenkels (24) mit geringem Spiel in eine flache Öffnung (18) hinein ragt, die den Bandführungsrahmen (9) durchragt, sich quer zum Bandkanal (15) erstreckt und deren Höhe größer als die Höhe des Bandkanals (15) quer zur Ebene des Bandes ist.
