Abstract (en)
Embodiments provide a heating assembly and an aerosol generating device having the same. In the embodiments, the heating assembly includes a resistance heating element for converting electrical energy into internal energy; the resistance heating element is provided with a first electrically insulating substrate inside and/or outside, a surface of the first electrically insulating substrate and/or the resistance heating element is provided with an infrared layer for emitting infrared rays outward after being heated. The aerosol generating device includes a housing, the housing is provided with a smoking medium receptable, the heating assembly, and a power source for supplying power to the heating assembly; the resistance heating element, the first electrically insulating substrate and the infrared layer of the heating assembly are jointly provided inside the smoking medium receptable. The present disclosure can improve the heating efficiency and reduce the energy consumption, thereby improving the battery life of the power source.
