Abstract (en)
The present disclosure relates to a writing instrument (10)) comprising:-a barrel (12) having a longitudinal axis (X),-a writing tip (22),-a writing tip extension-retraction system (20) configured to slide axially inside the barrel between an extended position and a retracted position wherein the writing tip respectively extends outside the barrel and is retracted inside the barrel,-a locking system (34) movable between a locked position wherein the locking system is engaged with the system (20) in the extended position to lock the latter in this position and an unlocked position wherein the locking system is disengaged from the system (20).The system (20) comprises a movable unlocking member (44) configured to be moved rearwardly when the instrument is moved from a writing to a rest position. This movement causes the locking system (34) to move from the locked position to the unlocked position under the action of a weight of the movable unlocking member (44).
