Abstract (en)
A striker (1) comprising: a front side; a sloping side; an elongated slot in the front side configured to receive a moveable bolt of a lock and having a top sidewall, a bottom sidewall, and two longitudinal sidewalls (14); and a strike plate (8) which is integrally formed from a single metal plate and which forms said front side, said sloping side, said top sidewall and said bottom sidewall. The strike plate comprise: a first attachment surface comprising an attachment opening; and a second attachment surface comprising an attachment opening. The attachment openings are configured to receive a bolt or screw for attaching the striker to a support surface.
