A method implemented at a network management entity comprises obtaining information regarding at least one antenna of a first radio access node. The method further comprises determining at least one parameter for the at least one antenna of the first radio access node based on the information regarding at least one antenna of a first radio access node. The method further comprises sending the at least one parameter to the first radio access node. The information regarding at least one antenna of the first radio access node comprises position information and radiation direction information of the at least one antenna of the first radio access node.
